Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, ensuring that all customers have a positive dining experience.
Duties

• Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the food service area, including equipment and utensils.
• Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions regarding menu items.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and hygiene.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
• A keen attention to detail, particularly regarding cleanliness and presentation of food items.
