• Deliver exceptional customer service at every delivery, making sure our customers are satisfied with their products and overall experience.
• Assist in the safe and timely delivery of products to customers’ homes, supporting the lead driver and working as part of a team.
• Help with the careful loading, unloading and movement of products, ensuring all items are checked and delivered in excellent condition.
• Support with route planning, navigation, and maintaining delivery schedules to meet customer expectations.
• Respond to customer queries in a friendly and professional manner, both in-person and by telephone as required.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety for yourself, your colleagues, and our customers while on deliveries.

• Strong communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and following instructions accurately.
• Previous experience in a delivery or driving assistant role is desirable, but not essential – full training will be provided.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively and multi-task while under pressure.
• Reliability, a positive approach to work, and a willingness to learn new skills.
• An understanding of safe manual handling practices.

• Eligible to work in the UK.
• A full UK driving licence is advantageous, but not essential for the Assistant role.
• Willing to work a range of shifts, including some weekends and bank holidays, to meet customer needs.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Physically able to carry out manual handling and lifting duties safely.
