Swarm Recruitment are pleased to be representing their well-established Norfolk based client in search for a Digital Marketing professional with technical expertise. The role requires an excellent level of technical/IT knowledge and coding, as well as competence working with a variety of platforms such as CRM, CMS, DAM, Email Campaign, Management and analytics. Overall the role will provide technical support across a variety of departments and marketing activities. Reporting into the Head of Digital and working closely with other team members.

Experience:

• Experience of working within a marketing/digital marketing environment
• Experience with CRM and email marketing is essential, along with the ability to work with templated emails and automation
• Strong communication skills are required with the ability to relay technical information, simply
• Competency with HTML, SQL and Ampscript (2 of the 3 is required)
• SEO content writing knowledge and experience
• Email design and campaign management experience
• Problem solving mindset
• Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent work ethic
• Project Management and ownership - working across all departments and providing technical support as required
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines

The role will be considered on a permanent, contract or freelance basis working either full or reduced hours. Core hours are 9am - 5.30pm with flexible working offered. This is a hybrid role working 2 or 3 days in the Norwich office, however, this can be more if preferred. The salary offered is between £28,000 - £32,000 plus benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension contribution, birthday off, flexible and hybrid working, paid charity/voluntary day plus more
