Part-time Internal Communications Executive

Working Arrangement: Part time, Hybrid - 25 hours per week

About the Role

You'll be the go-to person for internal communications, with a strong focus on managing and improving the company intranet-making it the ultimate hub for policies, procedures, and critical information. What You'll Do

• Own and continuously improve the intranet, ensuring it's user-friendly and up to date.
• Create engaging content and campaigns that celebrate success and strengthen company culture.
• Think ahead-spot opportunities to share stories from events and initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and other key stakeholders to keep information accurate and accessible.
• Support internal events and employee engagement activities.
• Monitor and report on communication effectiveness, using insights to improve.

What We're Looking For

• Essential:
  • Proven experience in Internal Communications.
  • Hands-on experience managing intranet platforms.
  • Strong content creation and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to set up and maintain policies and procedures on a central hub.
  • Personable, detail-oriented, and great at building relationships.
• Nice to Have:
  • Interest in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability initiatives.
