About the Role: Customer & Sales Support Executive

In this varied role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth office operations and delivering top-notch customer service.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing data and processing documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Quality-checking applications to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Liaising with insurance companies and internal teams to resolve queries.
• Handling customer service tasks, including updating records, processing policy documentation, and addressing general inquiries.
• Keeping spreadsheets and data logs up to date with precise information.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• ? Experienced in administration (previous office experience is a plus, but full training is provided!)
• ? Tech-savvy – comfortable using Outlook, Word, Excel, and other office tools.
• ? Positive attitude and a team player
• ? A multitasker – able to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
• ? A confident communicator – both on the phone and in writing.
• ? A team player – positive, adaptable, and always ready to help.
