My client are looking for an experienced part-time Bookkeeper to support their finance operations on-site in a dynamic and welcoming environment. If you are detail-oriented, organised and confident with financial systems, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records using Sage 50
Perform bank reconciliations
Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns
Manage payment runs
Process payroll accurately and on time
Create and maintain spreadsheets for financial tracking
Liaise with the company accountant to ensure compliance and accuracy
What They're Looking For
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper
Sage 50 proficiency is essential
Strong understanding of VAT processes and payroll
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external accountants
