Part-time Office Administrator

A fantastic opportunity for those looking to work part-time in an administrative setting. Working within a small, friendly company, you will be responsible for a variety of duties including:

  • Answering incoming calls, forwarding to correct contact, taking messages and answering queries
  • Typing up reports and documents on projects
  • Filing project costing information
  • Setting up new jobs on computer software and creating hard copies as needed
  • Logging all inquiries into software
  • Assisting with managing workflow and organisation to ensure documents are correct for projects to stay on track
  • Prioritising workload to deadlines

You will need previous experience using MS Office including Outlook, Word & Excel. Ideally, you will be a confident Administrator who is organised and strong ability to communicate with clients and colleagues in a helpful, approachable manner.


The company are ideally looking for someone to work circa 4 hours per day, 3-5 days per week. You will receive training in specialised parts of the role, but prior admin experience is needed.
