Are you ready to inspire the next generation of conveyancing professionals? One of the UK’s leading apprenticeship providers is looking for a passionate Conveyancing Learning Coach to join their growing team.

This is your chance to make a real impact by guiding learners through their apprenticeship journey and helping them achieve their full potential, all from the comfort of your home.

What You’ll Do

• Support and coach apprentices remotely via Microsoft Teams, no expectations for workplace visits.
• Manage a caseload of approx. 10 learners per day (full-time equivalent: 40–50 learners).
• Deliver engaging coaching sessions and provide constructive feedback.
• Capture evidence for learning, achievement, and compliance with Ofsted and funding requirements.
• Enjoy flexibility to manage your own diary and work across any days that suit you.
• Join a supportive team with monthly virtual meetings and two in-person training events per year (summer and Christmas).

What We’re Looking For

• Conveyancing industry experience, this can be commercial or residential and no need to have worked in education before!
• Someone who loves sharing knowledge and wants a more flexible role.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage workload effectively.
• This is non-teaching role. Coaching level 4 and level 6
